In the early 90's I had several NY DJ residencies, sometimes playing up to 5 & 6 nights a week. This is also a time I like to think of as the golden age of Hip-Hop, featuring Hip-Hop in some degree in all of my sets, some even 100%.
In 1993 together with David Depino & Charles Jackson, we moved our very successful TRACKS parties to Saturdays & Sundays at SOUND FACTORY BAR... (aka SFB). David Depino in the main room & me downstairs in the lounge, which now focussed on Hip-Hop, + a little R&B, Reggae, & even a few classics. This is one of those SFB tapes, looking forward to sharing it with you, Danny 🙂
